EPA Online Course “Introduction to Motivational Interviewing”
The EPA is pleased to announce that its second Online Course “Introduction to Motivational Interviewing” is now open for enrollments and will start on 29 May 2019! Designed for psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, this new online course will give learners from around the world the chance to understand key techniques and methods to help them in their professional workplace.
ECNP Workshop on Clinical Research Methods
Dear colleagues! The next ECNP Workshop on Clinical Research Methods will take place on 6-8 November 2019, in Barcelona, Spain. Application is now open! This Workshop aims at introducing early career clinicians (psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, etc.) into research methodology and to promote a critical thinking approach to the scientific literature that is particularly relevant to clinical practice. World Psychotherapy Survey; The WPA Section of Early Career Psychiatrists
Dear colleagues! The WPA Section of Early Career Psychiatrists is conducting the “World Psychotherapy Survey”. With this study we aim to further understand how psychotherapy is (or not) included during the psychiatry training period in different countries of the world, and how much access trainees have to it.
We hope to have as much responses as possible from psychiatric trainees and early career psychiatrists across the world.
We would really appreciate if you could fill this survey. The questionnaire is anonymous and takes about 5 minutes to fill.
The 9th edition of the EPA Summer School
The 9th edition of the EPA Summer School will be organised from 12 to 15 September 2019, in Strasbourg, France, on the topic of the ABCs of Psychotherapy. More information can be found on the EPA website. Don’t forget to submit your application online: deadline is on 13 May 2019!
